Documentation Outline

This website houses the documentation for all four libraries written to build the single-rust ecosystem. These are:

• single-rust
• anndata-memory
• single-algebra
• single-svdlib

While there is also anndata-rs, it has been written by Kai Zhang and the documentation can be found here: anndata-rs

To gain a rough understanding of the libraries responsibilities and interaction please visit the overview page.

This documentation is still very much work-in-progress and will be updated as the libraries evolve. We will update the documentation as frequently as possible.
